Refund policy

All House of NOX items are made-to-order. For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or normal wear and tear.

The only exceptions are cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at houseofnoxstudio@gmail.com if:

  • your item is defective,

  • your item is damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving instructions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our pieces are made-to-order, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of verified damage, defect, or an incorrect item.


Refunds (For Approved Damage/Defect Claims Only)

If your claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement item.

Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at houseofnoxstudio@gmail.com
